last year's thoughts

 I was checking old notes and blogs na nagawa ko last year and i came across this one. Nakakatuwa.

BLOG: NEW YEAR 2010, nagawa ko ba?..lets see:D

supposedly new year would picture me working, but since i slipped two steps
and injured my ankle dec 31, i couldnt get to work and stayed at home instead.
Im not sure if im gonna be happy of what happened. For sure, its a good excuse not to
go to work but the thing is it hurts like hell.wahhh!

say goodbye to 2009, hello 2010.

many things happened last year. Thousands of breakfast sessions, movies watched, problem
faced and stories told. For the people ive hurt, IM SORRY. For the people i love, I STILL LOVE YOU AND
I'LL ALWAYS WILL. For the people who hurt me, MAKARMA SANA KAYO (just kidding..hahaha)...
seriously, for the people who hurt me, I FORGIVE YOU.

this year i resolve to:

1.eat less.
i say no to medium size (mikco?)..i say no to extra rice. Its time for serious dieting.
-yup.I lost 10lbs and i keep on loosing more. Lalo na ngayon, magsusummer na ulet!

2.better me
i resolve to give more, share more, listen more and love more.
-feeling ko naman mas naging mabait ako nagyong 2010. Kailangan lang laging nag iimprove. Hindi ako saint and hindi bagay sakin ang maging totally mabait. Pero compared ata sa dati, mas mabait na ko ngayon (feeling ko).aheheh

3.go get it!
Go after what i want with less hesitations.
-hmmm..sort of.hindi ko alam kung nagawa ko ba to o hindi.

4.Go to church
i will always try to go to church every Sunday and if not Sunday, atleast once a week. Pray more.
-sorry talaga pero ito ang hindi ko nagawa, nakakahiya kasi naging sun mon pa man din ang rd ko. Will try harder though. Joy and Tin, isama nyo naman ko sa Sunday routine nyo kahit hindi ako catholic.

5.Save the Nature
ill remember to keep my TRASH in the TRASH CAN. Less plastic bags, save the earth.
-nagawa ko naman tong isang to. Hindi na gumagamit ng plastic kung hindi naman kinakailangan=)

6.BE CAREFUL
think before talking, think before acting. Look at both sides before crossing the street. Stop talking when youre mad.

-Ive learned from the past. Less naman ang mga awayan this year so good job for this one.

7.In Love
Do not fall in love easily. Do not settle for anything less than what you deserve. Learn to wait.

-wait?..nagwait pa rin naman. Madaming mistakes for this year and parang mas madaming magagawa next year.ahahaah Ewan ko ba pero im less serious now, just taking my time, di naman kailangan magmadali.Di ko lang sure kung tama ba mga ginagawa ko.

8.Patience is a Virtue
Be more patient, Understand that Im not always on top of the list and not always the priority.
-i should know.


i have to change a lot of things about me, i realized. But changing the following is a good start!
HAPPY 2010, EVERYONE!

gagawa ulit ako ng isa pang ganito for 2011. Sana magawa ko, kung hindi man lahat eh majority man lang sana.ahehehe..

Hindi ko masasabing perfect and 2010 ko. Madaming mistakes madaming iyakan. Pero madami din naman masasayang moments. Salamat sa mga taong nasa tabi ko nung kailangan ko sila. Salamat sa tawanan, sa iyakan, sa kwentuhan. Salamat!=)

..and then i realized...

kadamihan (hindi man lahat) sa doterz eh single and ready to mingle. Madami ang may isang minamahal na hindi naging successful at looking for someone (or at least waiting) for the perfect guy.

mabuti naman silang tao at maalaga with special mention kay beruth and rolet na talaga naman super kung mag asikaso, at mabait. Maganda! oha oha..pero its still a mystery bat nga ba kadamihan sa taong to eh single or "unmarried"?

ikaw ang pinakabata sa kanila but surprisingly ikaw pa ang nagsabing maghihintay ka na lang. Para sakin, go out and meet new people!..

Back to the Past: Vigan Adventures

The day started @Apo Idon Resort. We decided to wake up a bit early to chill at the shore and plus, to prepare a surprise for a friend that really wanted to experience flying a kite by the beach.

We left Apo Idon Resorts at around 9am after breakfast to start our tour to Vigan. The way from Laoag to Pagudpod to Vigan would take you hours on the road. From Pagudpod to Vigan, it took us 2.5 hours or so.

When we arrived at Vigan, there's one street that still has old houses and infrastructures that would really make you feel like you went back in time. Even fastfoods and other establishments had a theme of old infrastructures which i think was a brilliant idea.

The tour was really exhausting, plus we have to go back to Laoag for our flight back to Manila that same day. Do not forget to stop by the public market at Laoag to buy chicacorn, bagnet and vigan longganisa (my favorite!)

after breakfast, were off to Pagudpod=)

First stop is a light house in Ilocos Norte.The Cape Bojeador Lighthouse, also known as Burgos Lighthouse, is a cultural heritage structure in Burgos established during the Spanish Colonial times.

next stop: the famous Bangui Mills. I've always wanted to go here and take pictures! Your Ilocos trip would'nt be complete with the wind mills.

 

We had lunch at Blue Lagoon, our driver brought us to a nearby low priced eating place where drivers and backpackers eat. This is where we were scheduled to go swimming at the beach. (at long last!) Unfortunately, since we were running out of time and we still have visit other places, we just took some pictures and left.

Last stop for the day is the Kaibigan Falls, a famouns tourist destination. If you want to see the falls, prepare to hike. It was like a 45 minute or more hike from the place we parked the van.
I cant believe it. I was wearing a dress! I didnt know this trip involves hiking and obviously, I wasnt prepared.

 

The view was nice, no doubt about that. But too bad we only stayed there for 30 minutes cause its already nightfall and they dont have lights so we have to hurry back to the van.

the day ended sa APO Beach Resort, you can check their website here. Unfortunately their pool was still under construction at that time.We went swimming at the beach for a few minutes but the waves were too strong so we just sat at the sand, and they dont have lights at the beachfront

After checking out the beach, we decided to end the day because we were so tired and sleepy plus we also have to prepare for our trip tomorrow to Vigan.
