Beach Lovin at Anawangin

Pundakit Zambales I think is one of the great beaches that you can go just a few hours away from Manila. Travel time is 3-4 hours, you can either bring your own car or take a bus to Olongapo.

Its not really my first time to go there since my first time was 2009 with my emoteam. I loved the place and I recommended it as a perfect place for our team building.

We stayed at Nora's, they have videoke, billards, air-conditioned and non-airconditioned rooms depending on your budget. I decided to get non aircon rooms because usually we dont sleep in team buildings and if we do, its only just for a few hours.

Here's one room, we got one room with shower for Php 3500 with like 6 beds and  4 fans. (not bad huh?)

 Island Hopping
The bangka would cost around Php 1000-1500 for 5 pax (beware for bankeros na overpricing) That would be for 3 islands, ANAWANGIN, CAMARA, and CAPONES. Another great destination is the Nagsasa Island, if youre interested to visit this island the bagkero would ask you probably an additional P500

The Islands
Camara island- nothing special, if your saving time, you can skip this island.hehe
Capones- I liked capones island because of the rock formations that is so picture peeerrrffect!
Theres also a lighthouse at the top of the hill, but you need to hike to go there.
Anawangin- White sand, pine trees, and the swamp. A lot of campers stay here and set up their tents.

*tip-from Pundakit, bring a lot of food or drinks because the prices in the island is more expensive since they transport the goods from Pundakit.

The beaches in Anawangin and Nagsasa became so popular for the past years and I just hope that the government would do its best to protect them.

Subic Tree Top Adventure

I had a hard time thinking where to spend my birthday last march 31, well I decided to have an adrenaline rush and went to Subic Tree Top Adventure.

Where we were suspended like 60 meters above the ground for zip lines (superman ride),canopy, Tree Drop (this is soooOoo scary, my knees were shaking after!) and the survival demo (sooo tiring)..As they say,
Get High on Nature with Tree Top Adventure!

We took a bus to Subic from Victory Liner (Pasay) and took a cab from Subic freeport to the Subic Treetop Adventure. Well, it was super fun, I was with Ivy ruth and my lakwatsera buddies Joy and Tin. So let's begin!

Survival Demo
The survival demo required trekking for about 10-15 minutes. I was so tired and sweating maybe because I havent had any physical activities for the past months. We were taught how to build fire from treebarks and bamboo, types of plants that can be water sources and the like. Its was fun, a good learning experience and it brought me back to my girl scout days.hehe

survival training
Canopy Walk
We started with the canopy walk, which was boring for me. You'll just walk through their jungle trails situated 50-60 feet above the ground. Its not really scary and I actually felt safe because the suspension bridges were made of metal and doesnt really move when you walk like a hanging bridge.

safety first

lezzz go!

Its a good thing hey have lockers where you can leave your things. They also have a store inside where you can buy drinks and food.

Another thing I liked about the experience is that the staff was great. They were so nice and they really made us feel safe and comfortable.

Canopy Chair Lift Ride
In the canopy chair ride, you'll get to see the view around the place. I just sat there and appreciated the nature surrounding me. The ride was pretty slow though and may last up to 1.5 hours depending on how long you take to disembark and linger at each station.

The Superman Experience
The superman ride was great. It was just like the zipline found in Tagaytay People's Park but the difference is once you get to the end, it would pull you back to the starting point and the ride was faster compared to the one in Tagaytay.

PS. My only complain is that the harness was painful because they place it around the stomach.

Tree Drop
The tree drop adventure is my favorite, its the best. Im not really afraid of heights and I wasnt scared but after this ride, my knees were shaking.  It was such an adrenaline rush and I want to do it again!

Clark Hot Air Balloon Festival 2010

one of my dreams is to ride a hot air balloon, but since its expensive, well just have to save for that one for now.

and today i got to see a lot of hot air balloons, kites and everything flies. yey! im with my lakwatsera buddies joyjoy and tin.

Hot air Balloon festival happens every year, every Febuary at Clark,  Pampanga.

sah.joy.tin
They have different activities, everyone can fly kites, they have kiosks and food booths. The main event would be the display of hot air balloons, if you wouldnt be able to catch it by 5-6am, then you can catch it later like 6-7pm like we did.

Since we have a lot of time to kill, we went to SM Clark to have lunch.

serah and tina nagiikot@sm clark

when we went back to the festival at arounf 4pm. We bought food, pillows,  and a blanket.

wow kite
may blanket na din kami! haha!
pizza!

If you dont have a car, it would be best to leave the place earlier, festivals ends @8-9pm. Because its not easy to take a ride to the bus terminal. Plus the terminal there came from other terminals already so they just have a few seats available.

he said he's leaving, i accepted that.

before he left, everything was okay. He made me feel things will be alright. He'll visit, he'll call.
I thought everything's going to be okay. Things are not going to be easy, i knew that. But I was willing to
make the sacrifices just to make it work.

and then, just a month after he left he says he doesn't want to make the relationship deeper because things will be just
hard for the both of us. How selfish is that?

my heart yells: OUCH!

so what does that mean?
what he feels for me and the times that we shared together are all LIES.

"the truth didn't hurt, the lies did"

And whats worse, he didn't even let me know that he's leaving now, FOR GOOD. He left me hanging, waiting.

Waiting......

for.......

nothing.....

and he said he did not guarantee anything? well guess what? that's bs.

why did you have to kill me? I can die on my own.
